Red Mountain

Best boarding I have ever experienced. The day before skiing Red there was a foot and a half of the best powder known to man dropped across the resorts two peaks. My new board was designed for this day in mind, Wide base short but still short and light. I did things I would have never done before, landed 10+ foot drops (mid run), a tree rail, a tree plant (wall plant on a tree), enough 180s to make me dizzy, jumps every where, all without falling but a hand full of times. Isaac I can’t say thank you enough if you wouldn’t have taught me how to board I would have never had this religious experience. So thanks. Two weekends from now PANAROMA snow report: 10" new last night! Sweet dreams all you powder hounds! ... Oh quick Canada note. If a kid asks you on the street if you'll "boot him"(i.e. "will you boot me?") believe it or not this is his desperate attempt to get you to buy him beer. NO SHIT

I should have stopped while i was a head. i had my one birthday beer and should have left it there. But i had to push it I went to a friends house with a whole bunch of people who got me drunker then i ever have been or care to be agian. i dont rember ANY thing after the last shot. i was OUT! down for the count but apearently i kept on talking and that got me into trouble i dont know what i said but apearently i should be embaresed. i guess i am. but no puking once agian!

First

Legal beer. A guy on my floor heard I wasn’t planning on going out on my 21st birthday so he said "lets go"...then he insisted and I said ok. We went to bills tavern my accident we intended to go to goofys a hip college bar instead we ended up sitting between 5 local regulars while we drank kokanee.

Geek-A-Palosa

I finaly, after 30 days of waiting, I got my X-box. Not just any xbox a sepcialy modded one that includes over 10,000 clasic games, ie every nintendo game ever made+ 64 games and even arcade games. It was well worth the wait. I will try to keep the playing to a minimum and not get holed up in my room ALL the time...after all i do still have to eat...or do I?

Banff

That’s in Alberta Canada ehh. So the trip was awesome:
Day 1
9 hour car ride to Banff
Check into hostel and have diner at a really cool pub...drink awesome beers, get free shots from the bar keep, play pool, go to bed around 1am
Day 2
5am wake up call stumble/fall out of bed...and hit head
we drive to our first climb divide up a few hundred pounds of gear and set off on an hour hike to never find any ice. Hike back to car drive to another place half an hour hike to the "junk yard" climb a lot of ice wohoo!
3pm go back to hostel go to sleep wake up at 6pm to find every one has gone to dinner set off into town trying to find them...6:30pm find them:)lol Eat with them at Irish Pub (awesome Buffalo chicken sandwich) Hit a few more bars drink more beer Go to bed 1am
Day 3
6am wake up call stumble/fall out of bed...and hit head
Got climbing in Marble Canyons (note to ike which I want to return to climb because the rock is bolted!) This is one of the MOST beautiful places I have ever been. Do a Ton of climbing go back to hostel
Hit bars and decide drinks are too expensive so I go buy a fifth and sneak it into a bar then stole a glass to poor it in and proceeded to drink it. mmmmm go to lots of bars oh and eat a Bison burger the size of a small child! mmmmm Go to bars and talk to girls...get ignored decide "im too good for them any way"

realize im drunk wander more bars with friends doing Irish car bombs (pint of Guinness, half shot of whiskey mixed with half shot of Irish cream, drop shot glass into pint chug in one gulp, Repeat, over and over. Greatest drink ever leave for a club where Tom Green is hanging out, no joke, decide stupidly the cover is too much go back to hostel and chill with some people go to sleep 2am
Day 4
8am wake up call stumble/fall out of bed...and hit head
9 hour car ride home sit down and smile at the thought of being in Canada for the last few days.

Ok maybe

Its getting better. Classes are really hard but one of them is really fun and its cool because its all the same people from last quarter because were all in the same major. So I'm making new friends and talking to old ones. And now its official that I'm going to take the river guide certification over spring break which makes me very happy. And lastly I might be getting a new tattoo soon plus my parents are going to pay for it because the local place now acepts money off our "Eagle Cards" so i can buy a tattoo instead of food. Oh and im going ice climbing this weekend in canada. YES!

So my phone sucks too so i ordered a new one to be delivered to my room. Fed ex says it has arrived my front office has no idea what im talking about FUCK!

First day blues

this BLOWS i get back to my dorm room to find that over break some one stole my ps2 and my air soft gun (geek i know). So i have to file a police report and i find out that 15 other dorms reported roberies, so they did actual detective work including taking prints. So that took for ever and later my CA tells me that he was in my room doing searches they have to do over break to make sure our electronics werent plugged in while doing this search he found a beer and reported me so im also screwed on that. Now i have a giant list of STUFF to do and i cant get motivated to do it. oh ya and the xbox i ordered befor break still isnt here and now the guy hasnt talked to me for a few days. Oh ya i almost forgot i lost my brand new digital camera over break too. this BLOWS. to add insult to injury i woke up to snow about an inch and by the time i could play in it a rain storm came through and washed it all away.

BOMBED

I admit from the get go my "party" was doomed to fail...and it did. Sorry to all who were forced to endure thoes 6 hours of tourture. Four people showed up in the begining six total by the end...but whatcha gonna do? So any way i do wish to try and redeam myself maybe with a little poker tourniment? Any way to all of you who missed out you didnt miss much.
